Liners

Chimney liners are installed for many reasons. The most common of which is when the clay tiles that line the flue of your chimney are damaged, or when the chimney was built without clay tiles leaving exposed brick. Liners provide a cost effective solution to rectify the problem. If the flue is not fixed it is a major fire hazard and in the case of gas fired appliances it can lead to spillage of the gases into the residence. Liners may also be used to increase draft and performance of your chimney due to the fact that a liner is one smooth transition to termination. At A-1 Safety Chimney Service are technicians are trained and certified to install liners in any oil, gas, or solid fuel fired venting system.
